Hi, I’m James Emerick. Alicia, a nurse and my wife of more than twenty–six years, and I met while I was building her first home in San Antonio. We are the proud parents of two Baylor University graduates. Justin majored in International Studies with a focus on the Middle East and is now a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army. Jacob is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Theoretical Physics at the University of Amsterdam. As for me, well my passion is building; I’ve been good at it for a long time, love it and can’t imagine doing anything else.
Since 1985, I have built hundreds of homes in Texas, Georgia and Florida. I have met the expectations of more than 35 satisfied clients in the distinctive developments of WaterSound, WaterSound West Beach, WaterColor, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, The Retreat, SeaCrest Beach and the Villages of White Cliffs.
Please let me know how I can best be of service to you. It would be my pleasure to meet you in person and discuss your interest in building along the beautiful Beaches of South Walton on Florida’s Emerald Coast.
